My brother has moved thousands of miles away... yet it feels like he's right here still. With Skype (long distance calling for free) and online games, we've never been out of touch.
Last night Kick and I were playing "Counter-Strike"... crazy fun.
The game was humans against mindless zombies. Normally, anyone can play as a human or a zombie, but on this server, they set up all the zombies as "bots". The result? Mindless carnage.
Since the bots are so stupid, the human players can easily finding camping spots to shoot from, and the zombies just come in, one after another, to their demise. Round after round, humans were obliterating the zombies. Booorrinnng.
That's when Kicky and I secretly switched teams. Heehee.
With the zombie horde following our radio commands, we moved them to attack en-masse where the humans weren't expecting it. The tides changed very quickly, as the zombies suddenly had "strategy". We wiped them out, round after round. Each time, changing our strategies... sometimes rushing their spawn site in a sudden wave of carnage... or sometimes hiding and waiting until they tired and started looking for us, then picking them off one by one. Every round was different, but the result was always the same. Not a human was left standing. Mwa ha ha ha.
Now normally I would have had sympathy for them, but these guys had set things up just so they could have round after round of easy kills. That's borderline cheating. Instant gratification. Well I won't stand for that.
Then we rejoined the humans and feined ignorance.
